The location of this place is great, within walking distance of a downtown park and only 0.5 miles from the airport, and the rooms offer a nice view.

The rooms had a great view, and they were equipped with a TV, fridge, and seating area, while being conveniently close to Osmena Park.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the police station, San Pedro cathedral, and city hall. It's so convenient to be close to all the places we wanted to go. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and always available to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we even had a nice view from our room. Not to mention, the breakfast provided was satisfactory, giving us a good start to our day.

The hotel's location was great, near to San Pedro cathedral and just in front of the police station. It was also near to all the places we wanted to go in the city center. the staffs were approachable and friendly, and the room was generally clean.

We had to request hot water every morning which was very inconvenient. The room we had was too small for a family of three, not clean, and lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator, telephone, and hairdryer.

The staff members were very accommodating and approachable. the room was cozy with a soft bed that made for comfortable nights. the location was perfect, being close to the city center and landmarks and having some shopping centers and restaurants a few minutes' walk away. I also enjoyed the complementary food and the usable Wi-Fi connection.

Although the property was renovated, some facilities, such as the faucet and toilet flash, needed some fixing. I figured out the toilet flash by myself after a day, so it wasn't much of a problem.
